This is a full time role located in Wichita, KS
With over 3,900 teammates, 375 stores, and three web businesses across the US, Canada, and United Kingdom we are seeking bright, collaborative IT professionals to join our growing team.
We are launching our new System Operation/Network Operation (SOC/NOC) team providing excellent technical support, expedient triage and escalation of system and network issues ensuring minimal employee and customer impact during the 2nd and 3rd shift hours. Monitor systems and network, complete back-up tapes and batch processing monitoring for our global organization.
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent customer service, time management, problem solving and timely decision making abilities key to success

year's minimum enterprise work experience providing IT hardware and software troubleshooting required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent education required
Previous enterprise work experience monitoring the system and network a plus
Previous enterprise work experience resolving level II and III technical issues related to network support, switches, routers, hardware troubleshooting, application troubleshooting required
Ability to answer questions and resolve problems via phone, e-mail or in person required
Ability to listen and ask questions to diagnose and solve hardware and software issues required
Strong written and verbal skills required
Ability to successfully collaborate with a team required
Microsoft Server, Routing Experience, Active Directory, SAN/LAN and Exchange enterprise work experience needed
Some prior SQL Server experience
Experience with XenApp, VMWARE is nice to have
Works a flexible schedule, including on-call support
Commitment to work 2nd or 3rd shift required
Work Schedule's Available:
1 Second shift; Sunday - Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to Midnight
1 Second shift; Tuesday - Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to Midnight
1 Third shift; Tuesday - Saturday 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
1 Third shift; Sunday - Thursday from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
